*Replacements are offered only if the product was received in damaged condition. For all other device-related issues, please contact us the brand authorized service centre directly:

Refunds are not offered. All sales are final.

If a defect is determined within the 3-day period following delivery, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. Only in cases where the replacement product is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, a refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by the TNEXT.

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and TNEXT or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts. Refunds will be subject to the following:

1. Orders paid online using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will be refunded only to your bank account within 7-21 working days from approval of refund request.

2. For Cash on Delivery payments, payment will be transferred to your bank account.


Only one (1) replacement will be provided the unlikely event that the product is defective.


If no defect is confirmed, the issue is not diagnosed within 3 days of delivery, a troubleshooting step cannot be performed, or if one replacement has already been provided, you will be directed to a TNEXT service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
